A Century-Old Kitchen Demo on a Tight Timeline
The Challenge
We got the call from a homeowner on San Jose Avenue in the Gold Coast. They were mid-renovation on their 1912 craftsman and the kitchen demo had just finished. Their contractor's timeline was blown because the old cabinets, plaster, and a mountain of debris were blocking the next crew from starting. The whole project was stalled, and you could smell the old plaster dust hanging in the air.
The Result
We dropped a 20-yard container first thing the next morning. Our crew worked alongside their guys, loading the heavy, awkward pieces carefully to protect their original hardwood floors. We had that container filled and hauled off within four hours. The homeowner texted me a photo that afternoon of the new framing crew already at work in a perfectly empty space.
You guys turned our two-day delay into a same-day fix.
